‘Yesterday nothing Went Awry is my first solo show since graduating from Gray’s School of Art last year.
Placed at a time of uncertainty, this show acts as point of focus allowing me to explore who I am as an artist, asking ‘what is it that I actually do?’. Results in this area have thus far been inconclusive.’
The exhibition will display three new works, two of which stem from a residency at Scottish Sculpture Workshop completed in November. The third has been made in preparation for RSA New Contemporaries 2019, which will take place in Edinburgh in March.
This new work by Phoebe has been supported by Aberdeen City Council, through the 2018/2019 Year of Young People Creative Funding programme.
Opening night from 7– 9 pm on Thursday 14th of February. All welcome, so bring your valentine!
This is the first in a program of events entitled ‘We Are TAR’ that will showcase the work and practices of The Anatomy Rooms residents.
